From: Department of Health
Dear Ms. Garrity:
This will respond to the referenced request for government records. The request is overbroad and fails to identify the specific record requested. Therefore, the government records law, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., obliges me to deny the request.
The Office of Local Public Health typically does not maintain government records relating to retail food establishments or disease outbreaks. Should you wish to submit a more specific request that identifies the records requested, you might want to submit it to the Division of Epidemiology, Environmental, and Occupational Health, through the website at https://www.nj.gov/health/opra/requests/.
Sincerely,
Wendy Sheay, MPH
