Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Yearly unduplicated headcount data for all public higher education institutions in New Jersey for all academic years from AY 2000-2001 to AY 2015-2016.
Yearly unduplicated headcount data for all public higher education institutions in New Jersey for academic year AY 2019-2020 and academic year AY 2020-2021.
Yearly full time equivalent data for all public higher education institutions in New Jersey for all academic years from academic year AY 2000-2001 to AY 2014-2015.
Yearly full time equivalent data for all public higher education institutions in New Jersey for academic year AY 2019-2020 and academic year AY 2020-2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Bowers,
I am writing in response to your request for records, below.
All of the records that you requested from 2007 on are available on the OSHE website at:
* From 2011 on, the records are available on the 12-month enrollment dashboard- https://www.nj.gov/highereducation/dashboard-12months.shtml.
* PDF records with older data that are not included in the dashboard can be located in the archive at https://www.nj.gov/highereducation/dashboard-archive.shtml. Use the search box to limit to "fiscal year" to locate the 12-month enrollment data.
* For pre-2007, OSHE has not maintained any records compiling the requested data. However, the data is available from the US Department of Education, NCES IPEDS data center website at https://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/datacenter/InstitutionList.aspx?goToReportId=1.
I have also attached two spreadsheets which have historical FTE from 1992-2006, but they just list credit hours and FTE calculations and do not have headcount data.
