Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All threat assessments, field reports, intelligence updates, emails, and email attachments, which
mention the following names:
"Veronica Carolina Cisneros Pahl"

"Veronica C Cisneros"
"Veronica Cisneros"
These names refer to the same woman; a Mexican national and current legal resident immigrant with birth date of 01/19/1976.
This request has a date range of 01/01/2015 until the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am in receipt of your public records request, received on June 29, 2023, requesting documents related to “all threat assessments, field reports, intelligence updates, emails, and email attachments, which mention the following names: Veronica Carolina Cisneros Pahl, Veronica C Cisneros Pahl, Veronica C Cisneros, and, Veronica Cisneros,” covering the date range “1/1/2015 until the date this request is processed.” Please be advised of Nevada Revised Statutes 480.535(1), which states that “any criminal intelligence information or other information collected by the Nevada Threat Analysis Center, including, without limitation, any papers, records, documents, reports, materials, databases or other evidence related to actual or suspected criminal activity or acts of terrorism is confidential and must not be disclosed.” The records sought in your request fall under the confidentiality provisions contained in NRS 480.535(1). Pursuant to the NRS 480.535(1) we are unable to provide the records you identified in your request.
