"S—tcoin" Emails (Nevada Securities Division)

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All emails sent or received by employees of your agency between December 1, 2014 and the date this request is processed containing the non-case-sensitive phrase "shitcoin."

Please include any attachments to the emails as well.

If any part of these documents are exempt from disclosure, please be sure to review and release all reasonably segregable nonexempt portions of responsive documents.

I request that I be properly classified as a media requester. I am a reporter who has written numerous articles on topics of public interest for Responsible Statecraft, the Daily Beast, the Asia Times, the National Interest, Reason Magazine, America Magazine and the Armenian Weekly, and I am requesting these documents in an editorial capacity.
