Per our phone conversation today, please check out the public documents about Saint Mary's hospital that are available at findahealthfacility.nv.gov and then provide specific investigations (identified by complaint or event ID number, or survey completion date) for which you'd like additional records.
If you would like for the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services to proceed with your public information request, please provide clarifications within thirty (30) days from 02/29/2024. Otherwise, the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services will consider your request withdrawn.
