The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. However, you did not specify the type of record you are seeking; therefore, I must deny your request as vague. A request should be for an identifiable record that exists at the time of the request. Please note the Southern Nevada Health District is the Health Authority for Clark County, Nevada and does not oversee the employees of the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR).

I received your email dated March 28, 2022 indicated it was a follow up to your request PRR22-1261 . As mentioned in our response dated February 22, 2022 (see below), the Southern Nevada Health District is the Health Authority for Clark County, Nevada and does not oversee the employees of the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) nor is SNHD the custodian of records for UNR. It appears UNR accepts public records requests here: https://www.unr.edu/administration-and-finance/public-records. Because you have not requested records for which SNHD is the custodian of records, this request is respectfully denied.
