Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A letter signed by the attorney general written to EPA administrator Scott Pruitt regarding the "waters of the Untied States" (WOTUS).

The scope of this request includes the Attorney General, the Attorney General's chief of staff, and any staff that report directly to the Attorney General and the chief of staff. The request and should include but is not limited to emails, attachments, both sent and received, all draft records, notes, minutes, scheduling records, event materials and text messages.

The search for records may be limited to those sent and received between November 8, 2016 and the date of your final response. Please exclude all press clips.

Please note that this request includes all emails sent and received on official state email accounts, as well as any other email accounts that have been used for official business.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
