1) For all law enforcement agencies that report such data to the state, the number of complaints against law enforcement officers relating to the use of force and the number of such complaints that were substantiated, broken down by year of complaint and agency that employs the subject of the complaint.
2) All statistics relating to incidents involving the use of force reported by law enforcement agencies within the state.

Please provide data for all years in which relevant data have been reported to the state.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
