Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- The list of finalist for the University of Nevada, Reno presidential search.
- The list of finalist for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas presidential search.
- CVs and Cover Letters of the finalists for the UNR and UNLV presidential search.
- A list of people who have removed there name from the UNR and UNLV presidential searches since the COVID-19 epidemic.
If you decide to deny any parts or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption that you consider justification for refusal to release the information, and please notify me of the appeals procedures available to me under the law.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
