New construction permits in the last 2 years

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Records sufficient to show all new construction permits issued by the Nevada EPA for Washoe, Storey, and Lyon counties in the period from 2022 - present, including but not limited to facility ID, applicant, address, date of application, date of issue/approval, and type of facility. Please provide this in a tabular format such as a CSV or Excel file.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
