Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

AtNight Media (formerly Original Media Group) requests material related to Rex A Heuerman (the “Request”). Rex Heuermann (Date of Birth: 09/1963), a 59-year-old architect who lives in Nassau County (hereafter referred to as “Heuermann”), was charged with killing three women and is the “prime suspect” in the death of a fourth woman (See: https://int.nyt.com/data/documenttools/lti-bail-application-form-2023-7-14-23-final-1-redacted-1/6ffd72d59b87aa51/full.pdf). Heuermann’s primary address was 105 1St Ave, Massapequa Park, NY 11762.

1. Request.
(i) Heuermann’s license to carry a concealed weapon showcasing authorizing signatures. Please include the original application and subsequent renewals if applicable.
(ii) Any permits issued to Heuermann for weapon silencers or accessories that would require proper permits to legally possess.

AtNight Media is a representative of the news media and is primarily engaged in the dissemination of information to the public. This request is of considerable public interest.
