To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any reports, memos, or other documents and records dated from the beginning of the fiscal year 2013 to the time this request is processed containing:

- The number of WBI/AIT opt outs.
- Breakdowns of the number of WBI/AIT opt outs compared to any metric and on any dimension, including but not limited to to airport, time of day, day of week, demographic, etc.
- The number of pat-downs including any comparisons and breakdowns as described above.
- The number of enhanced pat-downs including any comparisons and breakdowns as described above.

In keeping with President Obama's Executive Order of May 09, 2013, which stipulates that government data should be available, by default, in machine-readable form, I request that these records be provided in an electronic format that can be imported into standard database software if the original records were electronic database records. Examples include an Excel .xls or .xlsx file, an Access .mdb or .accdb file, a text-based delimited file (.csv, .txt., .tsv., etc.), a .dbf file or an SQL dump readable by standard open-source database software. (This would not include PDFs, which are not readable by database software.)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the Freedom Of Information Act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a waiver of fees.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Rudenberg
