Pursuant to the Hawaii Uniform Information Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

Records that contain information on how many specialty "Choose Life" license plates were sold from 1997 onwards.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Aloha Mackenzie,

Please find the attached Notice to Requester along with your original request for the records for the specialty "Choose Life" license plates. The information you have requested is listed below.

From 2002-2018 a total of 2,383 Aloha Pregnancy Care (Choose Life) Organizational License Plates have been distributed.

Please note that Aloha Pregnancy Care stated the organizational plate program with the City and County of Honolulu in 2002. Therefore, your request for record dating back to 1997 cannot be made. Additionally, motor vehicle registrations are renewed on an annual basis, and owners may decide not to renew the organizational plate for that year. The 2,383 is the total sold.
