Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Produce all communications from the DA's Office regarding Troy McAlister between Feb. 1, 2020 and February 1, 2021.
2. Produce all documents relating to the plea deal secured by SFDA regarding the release of Troy McAlister from prison in March of 2020.
3. Produce all communications between SFDA and Sf Chronicle crime reporter Megan Cassidy between Dec. 30, 2020 and Feb. 1, 2021.
4. Produce all communications between SFDA and the Calif. Parole Board regarding Troy McAlister between Feb 1, 2020 and Feb. 1, 2021.

In all cases, produce exact copies of communications and search govt accounts/devices and also personal accounts/devices of every form or app. Preserve all participants, email addresses, date/time stamps, to/from/cc/bcc, attachments (in their original electronic form).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
