Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records mentioning, referring to or otherwise concerning Arthur Mondella, Dell’s Maraschino Cherries, and/or the Dell's factory premises at 175-177 Dikeman St, Brooklyn, NY 11231 (in the neighborhood of Red Hook).
Upon information and belief, the agency may have had a role in documenting and/or uncovering a cannabis grow operation at the site leading to a warrant executed on the premises. Materials in this matter would be materials dated before March 1, 2015.
Arthur Mondella has been deceased since 2015; attached please find a news story attesting to this. There are no privacy concerns under the Privacy Act or FOIA Exemption 6 or 7.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
