Hello Mr. Peterson,

It was nice talking with you this morning. Please find attached public record request logs 2009 - 2015. Of course it seems to go in spurts and sputters but we don't typically get a high volume of requests in my office. Potentially, 2 - 3 a month which are often handled on-the-spot by providing a website link. I primarily work with media on story deadline. We strive to have as much information already posted and available on our website. For instance, facility inspections are a high interest to requestors and so we connected them to the Health Care Quality and Compliance Website: http://health.nv.gov/Deficiencies_Qry.htm.
