This is a response to your request.

We only have jurisdiction over the 2 entities located in California.

An initial database search for inspections in the last 7 years (our typical file retention) regarding Taft Correctional Institution and Imperial Regional Detention Facility result in no records. This means that if there were complaints submitted to Cal/OSHA on these facilities, they did not result in any inspections.

There is one result when conducting a search regarding "Management Training Corporation." You can see the summary at www.osha.gov/pls/imis/establishment.inspection_detail?id=1025087.015<http://www.osha.gov/pls/imis/establishment.inspection_detail?id=1025087.015>. The case is still open.
