Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I request an electronic copy of any photos, plans, memos and other documents pertaining to the architecture and design of the Ord and Yale Street Park in Chinatown in electronic format.
I would like to request all:
* Digital images of any art produced for the park artwork
* Architectural elevations outlining the landscaping and design of the park
* Designs for the structures constructed at the park, including the canopy and entrancewary.
I also request any files prepared outlining the logos and signage at the park.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I have received the first two parts of the response. Thank you for these records and your prompt release. I am still looking head for the reminder for what I seek. It's possible I'm overlooking it in what was released but I did not yet see the following items I requested:
* Digital images of any art produced for the park artwork
* Designs for the structures constructed at the park, including the canopy (known in the documents as the "shade structure") and entrancewary.
