NYPD contracts with CICOM USA, LLC

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Copies of contracts between the NYPD and Cicom USA, LLC.

I am a frequently-published member of the press and I am making this request in order to gather information that is in the public interest, and not for commercial purposes. I therefore ask that you waive all applicable fees associated with this request. If you deny this request for a fee waiver, please advise me in advance of the estimated charges associated with fulfilling this request and send me a detailed and itemized explanation of those charges.
