In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby am following up on my request dated July 1, 2020. While you have acknowledge my request, you have not responded to my request, as per the statute requires. I expect a response to the contents of the request within a week.

In addition, I would like to clarify that I understand that these records may represent a quite large amount of data - potentially terabytes. I am happy to visit the agency in person, in a safe, socially-distanced manner, to deliver hard drives that may be used to fulfill the request.
