The attack has been widely reported on including by the Wall Street Journal:

As a member of the news media and frequent contributor to publications like The New Republic, The Intercept, and The Nation, I ask that any associated fees be waved.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
