Thank you for your acknowledgement of my request. I'm not sure if my last message went through to your agency, so I wanted to clarify that my request H013436-102621 is under the state Freedom of Information Act, in case there was any confusion about which statute I was referring to in the request. I mistakenly included the federal response time requirement in the closing paragraph of the request, and just wanted to make sure the error was corrected.

Thank you.

In response to the data you provided under this request, the annual report for 2020 only provides recoveries through June 2020.

I requested recovery totals for the entire year of 2020.

Can you please send me the total estate recovery amounts for the entire year of 2020 (January 2020-December 2020), instead of just half of the year?

Thank you.

- Erin

I will double check with the program area but my understanding is this data is still being compiled and is not yet available.

From: Erin Marie Miller

Please double check. The data I'm requesting is from 2020, and since it's obviously almost 2022, I don't think it wouldn't make sense that data from almost two years ago is still being compiled.

However if it is, for some very strange reason, still being compiled, please provide me with the date it will be ready.

From: Erin Marie Miller

Following up on this request once more, once you are finished confirming with the program to that the requested data has not yet been compiled, can you please specifically certify, in writing, that no responsive records exist beyond what has already been provided to me under this request?

Thank you.

- Erin

From: Michigan Department of Health and Human Services

Here's the response from the program area: The reason it is only through June of 2020 is because that is the timeframe for the annual report I have to do for the program. The original request asked for annual recoveries for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020. The report runs from July 1 to June 31 of each year. If she wants the numbers broken down differently then we can do that but it will take longer and there will be a cost.

From: Erin Marie Miller

Can you please verify the date the full report for 2020 will be complete?

From: Michigan Department of Health and Human Services

I added an attachment where it is broken down by month for 2020. This was put together for another request you submitted.
