Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the catalog of enterprise systems and databases compiled by your agency to comply with 2015's Senate Bill 272. A copy of the law is available here: http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=201520160SB272

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Regulation dated January 8, 2019 requesting a list of enterprise systems,
as required under Senate Bill 272, under the California Public Records Act.
The City of Los Angeles maintains a city-wide listing of enterprise systems
which can be located here:
https://data.lacity.org/A-Well-Run-City/Application-Portfolio/qzxk-wqtd.
Those systems which are used exclusively by the Department of Cannabis
Regulation can be found by locating "Cannabis" in the "Department" column.
