Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents or files pertaining to Jason Todd Ready (aka JT Ready), DOB 02/17/1973.
If there are documents already available, I am requesting those to be made available to me as soon as possible. If there are others that have yet to be processed and released, I am requesting that those be made available on a rolling basis as they become available.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have received your request and I wanted to let you know we have approximately 17 to 18 police reports involving Mr Ready. They span from 2005 to 2012. Each report would cost 5 dollars (assuming they are under 100 pages long) and will need to be redacted accordingly.
