Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
From the Division of Industrial Relations, I would like the following details:
The number of fatal injuries in the Warehousing and storage sector for 2018
The number of non-fatal injuries in the Warehousing and storage sector for 2018
The number of fatal injuries reported at Amazon Fulfillment Centers for 2018
The number of non-fatal injuries reported at Amazon Fulfillment Centers for 2018
If possible, a log of workplace related injuries reported at Amazon Fulfillment Centers for 2017-2018 (similar to an OHSA form 300)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

NV OSHA has completed its initial review and research for you public records request dated November 26th, 2019 and has found the following:
Requested
1. The number of fatal injuries in the Warehousing and storage sector for 2018
The number of non-fatal injuries in the Warehousing and storage sector for 2018
This data has not yet been published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Once published you can produce the requested documentation through its website which I have provided here. It is anticipated that the 2018 data will be released by the end of December and information from the 2018 survey can be requested from BLS beginning in January 2020. ( https://www.bls.gov/ )
2. The number of fatal injuries reported at Amazon Fulfillment Centers for 2018
The number of non-fatal injuries reported at Amazon Fulfillment Centers for 2018
For the date range (January 1 - December 31, 2018) NV OSHA does not have any information regarding reported injuries or fatalities at Amazon Fulfillment Centers in Nevada.
3. If possible, a log of workplace related injuries reported at Amazon Fulfillment Centers for 2017-2018 (similar to an OHSA form 300)
For the date range (January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018) NV OSHA does not have any logs related to workplace injuries or fatalities at Amazon Fulfillment Centers in Nevada.
