Pursuant to the the California Public Records Act § 6250 seq & Sunshine ordinance, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting immediate disclosure of any records related to: All positions in the SFPD currently and whether they are filled by a sworn or unsworn officer. Ideally, please provide a list of every position in the SFPD and whether it is filled by a sworn or unsworn officer. If there are multiple people in a position (for example investigator), please indicate how many of those positions are filled by sworn or unsworn officers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or USB external drive if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
