the Freedom of Information Act, a public body may extend the time to respond to

140/3(e). We are extending the time to respond to your request by 5 business

days for the following reason(s):

to the request requires that we collect a substantial number of specified

records

 

We have attached the records pertaining to 21-441 and 21-367. The video for 21-367 cannot be uploaded to this site properly, so a copy of video has been left at the front desk of the Niles Police Department for you to pick up.

 

In regards to the information requested pertaining to 21-345, here is the response regarding the officers mentioned in the press release:

 

First officer listed in the press release: Officer Fotis Markadas. Holds the rank of Patrol Officer with 19 years of service.

Second officer listed in the press release: Officer Christopher Zero. Holds the rank of Patrol Officer with 5 years of service.

Third officer listed in the press release: Officer Mark Montgomery. Holds the rank of Patrol Officer and has 6 years of service.

 

 

The public body asserts the following facts in support of the above reasons for an extension of time. The Village will respond to your request by 10/4/21. Please acknowledge receipt of this request for extension.
