Mr. Kirsch,

We have received status checks and/or follow-ups for your direct request to NSA pertaining to Intellipedia pages wherein you provided the specific web link. Some of the links you provided were Mary Ferrell Foundation, JFKFacts, JFK Assassination homepage, JFK Lancer, etc. We assigned this request Case # 79983, and we responded (in full) in our letter dated 14 Jan. 2015. That request is now closed, so there is no estimated completion date to provide.

You also sent in a fax pertaining to FOIA request F-2015-00657 - this appears to be a request you sent to CIA for the same information as Case # 79983. Since NSA is the Executive Agent for Intellipedia, all FOIA requests for Intellipedia pages are processed by the NSA FOIA Office; therefore this CIA request was likely sent to my office after we already began processing 79983. Regardless, we cannot answer questions pertaining to other Agency requests or assist with accessing responses on MuckRock.com. We suggest you contact MuckRock.com or CIA directly.

Regards.

Apologies, but we never received the response 79983 - could you please re-send to this address?
Best,

From: John Kirsch

Unless I hear a response within the next 5 days, I will have no choice but to appeal on the grounds of constructive denial.
