Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All documents pertaining to all/any BriefCam product(s) (https://www.briefcam.com/). Documents being requested here should include - but are not limited to - the following:

- Invoices or receipts for the purchase of any BriefCam product/service
- MOUs from BriefCam
- Brochures or product/service specifications regarding BriefCam products/services
- Privacy policies regarding BriefCam products/services
- Any/all manuals regarding BriefCam products/services
- Guidelines mentioning BriefCam
- Bulletins mentioning BriefCam
- Briefings mentioning BriefCam
- Any/all digitally disseminated publications from your agency mentioning BriefCam

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Hartford Police Department has identified two hundred and twenty (220) pages responsive to your request for records pertaining to Briefcam, Axis, and Milestone. Please be advised these records have been redacted to adhere to Connecticut General Statute §1-210(b)(19).

It is the policy of the Hartford Police Department to charge fifty cents per page for the duplication of any document. Please submit payment of one hundred and ten dollars ($110.00), at your earliest convenience to the Hartford Police Department c/o FOI Unit, 253 High Street, Hartford, CT 06103. Upon receipt of payments, said records will be duplicated and forwarded to your address.
