I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to DHSBeijing.CIS@uscis.dhs.gov, containing the following non-case-sensitive keystring in the content or headers of the emails, "anthonyjim85@gmail.com".
Please search from January 1, 2014 to January 1, 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I would like to appeal this determination on the grounds that these records could be released in part with proper redactions and/or withholding only particular email attachments.
Furthermore, if you can not partially redact these documents, please let me know how many pages are being withheld.

I wish to appeal this determination on the grounds that records can be released with redactions of personal information, it is inappropriate to withhold the documents in their entirety.
Furthermore, for the purposes of further understanding this request, please indicate the number of pages withheld and the reasons why each page was withheld in its entirety rather than with appropriate redactions.
I would also like to request the FOIA log for this request which should include all internal communication of USCIS staff discussing how to proceed with this request.
