I request any internal deliberations, memos, and/or emails from November 19, 2021 to December 1, 2021 regarding or mentioning:
The use of Facial Recognition and/or facial analysis and Social Media Monitoring to investigate an incident on November 19, 2021 wherein an armored vehicle was in a minor traffic incident on northbound Interstate 5 near Tamarack Avenue in Carlsbad at 9:15 a.m. I recommend search terms like "Facial Recognition", "Social Media", "Facial Analysis", "Face Recognition".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
