Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All reports of alleged child abuse reported by staff at Castlewood Treatment Center. I am seeking records for the 2016 calendar year.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi there,
Thank you for the prompt response. Yes, if you can search for allegations of abuse at Castlewood Treatment Center under §210.150.2(10), RSMo, I would appreciate that. Does the Dept of Social Services possess reports of abuse against adults with and/or without disabilities? I am trying to get my hands on complaints of abuse filed by Castlewood Treatment Center staff where the victim is an adult that may or may not be diagnosed with a mental illness or other disability. Perhaps that's the Dept of Health & Senior Services' domain?
