To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

* Records of any 911 or other emergency calls originating from or requesting service to Blue Origin's West Texas facility near Van Horn
* Audio tapes, reports or other public records of any such calls
* From 1/1/2011 to the current date

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning. Mark Harris. Sorry for the delayed response for information
you seek on any calls for service to the blue origin facility in northern
Culberson County. Dispatch records wee checked and we found no incidents
reported. We will share any findings if they occur. If you have any
information we may have missed please feel free to contact me.
