The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of September 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Moore,
On May 22, 2020 you sent me an email which simple said, "this request has been closed in our FOIA database."
Attached to your message was a file with the name "FOIA Response Letter to Ben Heckscher - 20-FOI-00038.eml" This would appear to be a Microsoft Outlook file type which is a file that I cannot open on my computer since I do not use Outlook for my email. I should point it that normally your office sends PDF files which can be opened by just about anyone.
With this email I ask that you tell me why the request was closed in Amtrak's FOIA database.
