The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

REF: Amtrak FOIA Request 23-FOI-00092
Over seven (7) calendar months time has now passed since this request was submitted on February 2, 2023. Considering this, I now ask that this request be expedited.
I note that (a) the Amtrak Board of Directors (the Board) was scheduled to meet on November 30, 2022 and December 1, 2022, and (b) that in the normal course of business the meeting minutes for these meetings would have been approved at the January 25, 2023 meetings of the Board.
In my view the agenda and minutes of these meetings should have been released to me during the late winter of 2023, and here we are in the fall of 2023.

November 14, 2022
November 30, 2022
December 1, 2022
December 9, 2022, and
December 16, 2022
were approved at this meeting.
With this message I ask again why it is taking so long to respond to this request.
