The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of November 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for providing the minutes of the Amtrak Board of Directors meetings that were held November 19, 20 and 30, 2020.
With the message I request that you please provide me with the agendas for these meeting, as was requested in my original FOIA request.
Going forward can I ask that you please send the agenda and the minutes for each meetings together, since it just creates work for both you and your office to have to follow up and ask for the missing part of my request.
