Affirmation of Shared Principles

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Any and all written records (including but not limited to hard-copy documents, memos, emails, word processor documents, PDF documents, PowerPoint files, etc.) created, received, FWDed, CCed, or BCCed by members of the police department between March 22, 2018 and the date this request is processed (inclusive of those dates) regarding the "Affirmation of Shared Principles" of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). This can also be referred to as:
-"Shared Principles"
-"10 Shared Principles"
-"Ten Shared Principles"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
