Greetings Public Information Official,
Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The current passenger train emergency preparedness plan (AKA "E-plan") submitted to and approved by the FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 239 for the A-Train system. Please include all attachments, appendices, etc.
In the event the record(s) requested contains portions DCTA cannot release, and if DCTA can do so, I consent to DCTA redacting such portions and releasing the remainder without first seeking a ruling from the state Attorney General. I also understand DCTA may seek an opinion from the Attorney General.
The requested documents will be made immediately and freely available to the general public on muckrock.com, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I agree to pay all applicable fees up to $50.00, and understand you may require prepayment.
I request that the requested records be fulfilled by email attachment.
