Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
a copy of all declarations received from law enforcement agencies between 12/1/2023 and the date this request is processed that expressly affirm that ALPR information obtained shall not be used in a manner that violates subsection (b) of 625 ILCS 5/2-130.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Per our department policies, all agencies outside the state of Illinois must receive, acknowledge, and agree to the notice attached to this response. We must receive this acknowledged notice in order for our department to share data with them.
Attached to this request is both the notice that must be agreed to and acknowledged, as well as an Excel spreadsheet that shows all agencies with which we share information.
