Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
all agency emails (including any attachments) that contain a Flock Safety email address <*@flocksafety.com> sent or received, including CC & BCC fields, between 12/1/2023 and the date this request is processed (inclusive of those dates).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This correspondence serves as notice that:
* The Village is treating your request as a voluminous request pursuant to 5 ILCS 140/3.6;
* The Village considers this a voluminous request because our initial search for records indicates there are more than 500 pages of responsive records.
* You must respond to the Village on or before March 21, 2024 and specify whether you would like to amend your request in such a way that the Village will no longer treat it as a voluminous request.
* The Village will have five (5) business days after receipt of your response, or if you do not respond until March 28, 2024 whichever is sooner to respond to your request;
* If the request continues to be a voluminous request even with the amendment, the Village will respond to the request and assess any fees the Village is allowed to charge pursuant to 5ILCS 140/6.
* You have a right to have this decision reviewed by the Illinois Attorney General Public Access Counselor. The Public Access Counselor’s information is as follows:
