Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- The request received by the POST Council in 2022 from the Associated Press seeking data on all certified police officers in Montana
- Any letters or memoranda between the MT DOJ and POST regarding responding to this request

This request and these letters or memoranda were referenced in the MT POST Council's 5/11/22 meeting.

This request is on behalf of the Invisible Institute.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
