Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents, policies, memos, and complaints concerning female police officers and job-mandated gynecological examinations prior or post-hire.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

The Monroe Co Sheriff's Office does not require pre or post hire gynecological exams of any of our female employees. There have been no IA complaints and we have no policies.
