A copy of the arrest report for Vitallii Kovalev, also possibly known as Vitalii Kovalev and Vitaly Kovalev. Mr. Kovalev was arrested on June 16, 2020. His arrest number is MCSO20ARR002460 and offense number MCSO20OFF003605. The arresting officer was Ty Torres.

I am asking you waive any fees associated with this request. I am a member of the news media.
