Accidental Death of Danniella Vian (Mobile Police Department)

Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents (handwritten or electronic) related to the death of Danniella Vian, including, but not limited to: missing person reports, officer reports and/or narratives, audio and video, witness statements (recorded or written), photographs, audio and video recordings, notes/memos, correspondence (letters, e-mails or otherwise), tips received and/or followed up on, notes or memos regarding the results of any searches, polygraph tests and/or results, autopsy reports and status of the case.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Sir/Madam:

This is to follow up on the Alabama Public Records request originally submitted to your agency via USPS on 1/25/22. A follow up was also sent via USPS on 2/10/22 and a copy of the original request was sent via fax on 2/14/22. On 2/24/22, you advised you had not received the request and provided a different fax number. After multiple attempts, you advised the fax was not received and the request should be submitted a second time via USPS, which was sent out on 2/24/22. On 3/14/22, a follow up was faxed to your office requesting an estimated response time.

Please confirm receipt of the record request and expected date of response.
