Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
–A list of every hospital, clinic, or other institution that provides sexual assault forensic exams administered by a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (Department) is in receipt of your request dated October 18, 2017 for a list of every hospital, clinic, or other institution that provides sexual assault forensic exams administered by a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE).
The Department is working to fill your request. Due to the number of records to be reviewed, and day to day business, it is estimated that a response will be provided to you on or after November 20, 2017. Please note, the Department may charge $21.27 per hour for research and $.10 per page for records. An invoice may be sent to you for any charges incurred in the fulfillment of your request prior to your receipt of the requested records.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (Department), Child Sexual Assault Forensic Examination-Child Abuse Resources and Education (SAFE-CARE) program only has a list of SAFE-CARE Providers and their locations. The Department does not have a list of every hospital, clinic, or other institution that provides sexual assault forensic exams administered by a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE). A SANE is not a recognized SAFE-CARE provider for the SAFE-CARE program. You may wish to contact the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence to inquire of such a list. Thank you.
