From: Russel Neiss

To Whom It May Concern:

Yesterday the Associated Press reported that Rep. Nick Schroer said, "I honestly could care less if somebody Sunshines my emails between myself and the speaker, or myself and a lobbyist... Honestly, I don't care. Send it out there. I think the public should have access to that." (https://www.whig.com/article/20190204/AP/302049734)

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. All emails between Rep. Nick Schroer and House Speaker Elijah Haahr from December 8, 2018 through February 5, 2019.
2. All emails between Rep. Nick Schroer and any lobbyist from December 8, 2018 through February 5, 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Russel Neiss
