Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any communications between employees of your state (whether it be .gov or .edu or any others) and between any entity using the eventellect.com URL in their email address such as sales@eventellect.com

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mike Teller,

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information Act request dated
February 7, 2024, which was received on February 8, 2024.

You requested:

Any communications between employees of your state (whether it be .gov or
.edu or any others) and between any entity using the eventellect.com URL in
their email address such as sales@eventellect.com.

This request is overly broad and vague, and pursuant to Section 3 (1) of
the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, does not describe a "public record
sufficiently to enable the public body to find the public record…" There is
no mechanism for performing a global search of University records in order
to identify communications responsive to your request. Please identify or
describe specifically the document(s) you are seeking by providing the name
of the University of Michigan employee(s) and/or office(s) whose records
you are seeking, the nature of the communications and a time period for the
records you are seeking. Upon receipt of additional information that will
enable us to find responsive records, we will be happy to proceed with
processing a revised request.
