For each of the two utilities, for residential electric and/or gas customers only, records that show, separately for each of the two listed utilities:


Shut-offs by month, from January 2019 to present, along with monthly numerical breakdowns for each of the two utilities of the stated reasons for the shut-offs.
The number of customers 30, 60, and 90 days past due, by month, from January 2019 to present.

I am requesting that these public records be made available in electronic format, preferably in Excel spreadsheets, and e-mailed to me at sarah@outliermedia.org.

I am a journalist working on an article about a matter of public interest. I ask that you waive any allowable fees associated with responding to this request. If you do charge me allowable fees, and if they will exceed $25, please notify me in advance.
