Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Recent reports show Detroit Mayor Duggan declined a shipment of Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccines. Therefore I request the following:

Because of the newsworthiness of this request, I ask that this request be processed on a rolling basis, with records searched for and returned in the following order (if possible):

1) Any emails mentioning /about/to/from Mike Duggan or Mayor Duggan regarding the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Please search between Feb. 24th and the time this request is processed.

2) Any emails mentioning "Johnson and Johnson," "J&J," "J and J," "Johnson & Johnson," or otherwise mentioning, about, or pertaining to the Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine sent by employees of this office to workers for the city of Detroit and/or its health department. Please search between Feb. 1 and the time this request is processed.

3) Any emails, notes, presentations, or memos about Detroit's refusal of this COVID-19 vaccine shipment.

This will be used for reporting on VICE News.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
