Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

All communications in your possession, of any type whatsoever, to and from the Trump Organization and any Trump Organization subsidiaries or their agents regarding tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good afternoon.

The Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's office received a fax dated April 7, 2021 wherein you follow up on a request "originally submitted on March 20, 2018." If you recall, we discussed that original request and responded to the request at that time. (see attached communications). Included is information regarding Trump Endeavor 12 LLC.

If you would like to proceed with a search of communications, please provide a list of entities/names you would like for us to search as there is no record of "Trump Organization and any Trump Organization subsidiaries or their agents." Once provided we may review our records for responsive information and provide an invoice if necessary.
